Mary L. Wingard, 75, of Coldwater, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at the Community Health Center of Branch County.
The funeral service will be Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Pastor David Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 10, 2015 from 5-8:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home.
Mary was born November 12, 1939 in Coldwater, MI to Emmett & Rolene (Hayes) Sours. She married Douglas A. Granger on March 26, 1955, he preceded her in death on Jan. 7, 1983. She then married Harry Wingard in August of 1984, he preceded her in death on May 8, 2013.
Mary was a dedicated wife and mother and more than anything, she enjoyed time with her family, especially her many grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her children Christy (Lynn) Longstreet of Coldwater, Cathy (Bruce Murphy) Bracy of Marshall, Bob (Monica) Granger of Coldwater, Melanie (Bob) Madden of Battle Creek, Terri (Dennis) Winger of Coldwater, her brother and sisters Len D. (Carol) Sours of Quincy, Julie (Del) Draper of Coldwater, Jill (Gerry) Winter of Quincy, 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by an infant son Douglas A. Granger, Jr. and her brother Bob Sours.
