My Big Brother

I always looked up to you. You inspired me without even knowng it. You were there for me many times while growing up. You and I were together in 2 different foster homes with wonderful foster parents but no matter how great they were, it never really felt like we belonged. I'm so thankful I had you there with me, my only family at the time. I remember the time we had to go to different schools and I was in 1st grade or so, I came out to where the buses were parked and was so upset because I couldnt find our bus to get go home. I stood in the middle of the parking area and cried. You saw me and came out from our bus to get me. Thank you!

Another time we were at a camp or park, as I walked down the dock over the lake I fell off the dock into the dark water full of lilly pads. Anyone thats knows me knows I dont like dark water and freak out easily but you were there to help me out of the water. Being my big brother. Thank you!

Another time you were teaching me how to play guitar but I couldnt manage it with my short fingers and lack of callused fingetips but you took the time to show me. You were super on your guitar! Thank you!

I cannot recall all the occasions but you were there for me. I love you so much and I will see you again in Heaven!!!  Your little Sister Merryanne
