Thomas Robert "Tom"  Headington
Thomas Robert “Tom” Headington, 57 of Coldwater passed away on Monday, July 14, 2014 while at his home surrounded by family.

In following Tom’s wishes, he has donated his body to medical science at the University of Michigan. The family will hold a memorial service on Friday, July 18 at 6:00 PM at Pittsford Liberty Bible Church in Pittsford. The family is being served by Dutcher Funeral Home.

Thomas was born June 10, 1957 in Bay City to William Frank and Marjorie Ann (Corion) Headington, Jr. He enlisted in the US Army, where he finished his high school course work in Germany. Tom worked for Damiron as a truck driver for many years.

Tom was a loving and giving family man who will be remembered for his sense of humor. He tried to live a simple life, but still enjoyed doing many things. Tom loved to hunt and fish. He watched NASCAR and liked to work on cars. His true joy was spending time with all his family.

Thomas is survived by his devoted wife & caregiver Beth Headington of Coldwater; his mother Marjorie Lough of Columbiaville, AL; his daughter Cassandra (Stacey Hullinger) Betzer of Coldwater; his sons Gerald (Kay) Bonsall II of Jerome and John (Amy) Bonsall of Jonesville; his sisters Marjorie (Frank) Catron of Alabaster, AL and Merryanne (Fitzroy) Howe of St. Louis, IL; his sister-in-laws Jann Judt of Fremont, Chrissy (Dan) Coles of Mosherville, Jill (Terry) Baker of Bryan, OH, and Melodie Coles of Hillsdale; his grand-children Maryah Betzer of Pittsford, Bradley Betzer II of Pittsford, Burley Russell II of Jerome, Kalysta Bonsall of Jerome, Austin Bonsall of North Adams, Tyler Bonsall of North Adams, Raquel Bonsall of North Adams, Ian Butler of Jonesville; his special friends Pam Hullinger and Ester Hunt; many nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his father.
