Terrence L. “Terry” Tillotson, 69, of Bronson, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 11:00AM at Dutcher-Kolcz Funeral Home in Bronson with Rev. Fr. Richard Fritz of St. Mary of Assumption Church officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Bronson. Visitation will be held prior to the service on Monday, beginning at 9:00 AM, at the funeral home in Bronson.
Terry was born March 31, 1944 to Kenneth and Mary (Bohacz) Tillotson in Ypsilanti. He was a lifelong resident of Bronson and a Bronson High School graduate. Terry served with the Army National Guard for 7 years. He was an active member of the Orland American Legion Post # 423 and the St. Joe Valley Conservation Club. Terry was a truck driver for Douglas Auto Tech for 30 years, retiring in 2008. He was a very knowledgeable man and was fascinated with history. Terry enjoyed riding his motorcycle and operating his radio controlled aircrafts.
Terry is survived by his Uncle Marion and Aunt Veronica Bohacz of Bronson, Aunt Leatrice Bohacz of Illinois, several cousins and his close friend Warren Unterkircher of Bronson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
