Susan E. (Patch) Fay, age 57, of Coldwater, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at her home.
The funeral service for Sue will be held on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater, with Pastor Shayne Looper of the Lockwood Community Church officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Girard Township.
Sue was born April 11, 1954 in Coldwater, the first daughter of Dale and Margaret (Lytle) Patch. During her youth, Sue was raised on a farm and loved owning and showing horses. For many years she lived in Ocala, FL as she loved warm weather. Since 1979, she resided in Three Oaks, MI until returning to Coldwater in 2011. Sue worked as an LPN and enjoyed her pets, a bird Girdy and cat Linxy.
Sue is survived by her loving family including her mother Margaret, her brothers Robert (Nancy Buchanan) Patch and Ronald (Ruth) Patch, her sister Caroline Patch, her nieces Amy (Chad) McFarland and Elizabeth Patch, her nephew Rodney (Denise) Patch, and several great nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father Dale in 1969, her brother David Patch in 1965, and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
