Peggy J. Moore, 80, of Coldwater, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2012 at the Lifespan Good Samaritan Hospice Residence in Battle Creek.
No services will be held at this time, cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes will take place at Blendon Central Cemetery in Franklin Co., Ohio. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Peggy was born December 7, 1931 in Bradford, Ohio to Cecil & Elizabeth (Moore) Wiseman. She married James Moore on June 16, 1950 in Franklin Co., Ohio. He preceded her in death on November 7, 1976.
Mrs. Moore was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. She belonged to the American Legion Auxiliary in Coldwater and enjoyed crafts, crocheting and reading mystery books.
Peggy is survived by her daughter Donna (Paul) Petersen of Coldwater, her brother Charles (Ann) Wiseman of Westerville, OH, her half-sister Mildred Riehl of Inverness, FL, her grandchildren James Petersen, Jennie Petersen and Ford Petersen.
