Nina M. Wood, 90, of Coldwater, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at The Laurels of Coldwater.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service for her will be held at a later date.
Nina was born March 3, 1922 in Angola, Indiana to Charles and Emma (Salisbury) Crall. She married Wilbur B. Wood on September 10, 1948, he preceded her in death .
Mrs. Wood lived in Hillsdale County most of her life. She loved being a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, canning and traveling. She was a loving grandma who will be greatly missed.
Nina is survived by her son Frank G. Wood, I of Perry, FL, brothers George (Hazel) Crall and Ed Crall both of Litchfield, sister Grace Brink of Hillsdale, grandchildren Pam (Tim) Dilyard of Jonesville, Terrie Frazier of Bradenton, FL, Frank “Jerry” Wood II of Jackson, Thelma Wood of Hillsdale, Amy (Shawn) Bishop of FL, Danielle Scott of FL, 13 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to Dutcher Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
