Lois Holland Jackson, 69, of Coldwater, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at the Community Health Center in Coldwater.






A memorial gathering will be held from 12 Noon to 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at the Moose Lodge in Coldwater.






Lois was born on September 12, 1941 to Worden and Nilla (Wagers) Holland in Clay County Kentucky. She married her first husband, Johnny Johnson, in May of 1960. He preceded her in death in 2006. She spent about ten years in Cincinnati, Ohio before moving to Coldwater in 1967. She had waitressed at the Coldwater Garden Restaurant for over twenty years. She later married her second husband Stephen O. Jackson. He preceded her in death in 1996.






Lois is survived by her son Stephen (Megan) Jackson on Monroe, NC, daughters; Tammy Johnson and Theresa Khairi of Coldwater, brothers; Earl Holland and Mearl Holland of Coldwater, sister; Phronia Holland, Jewel Van Warmer, Lucy Osborn, Louise Napier, all of Coldwater and JoAnn Osborn of Gulfport, MS, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Blanche Osborn.
