Cheryl A. Johnson, 50, of Coldwater, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at her home.





A funeral will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, December, 20, 2010 at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Pastor David Anderson officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 12:00 Noon on Monday at the funeral home.





Cheryl was born April 14, 1960 in Iowa City, Iowa. She graduated from Highland High School in Riverside, IA in 1978 and married Bradley A. Johnson on July 20, 1990 in Burlington, IA.





Cheryl was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker and belonged to the Women of the Moose at the Fremont, IN Lodge. One of her most favorite activities was shopping , especially on QVC and at T.J. Maxx stores. She also enjoyed doll collecting, especially the Marie Osmond Collection of dolls.





Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband, Brad , her mother Patricia (Richard) Vorhies of Lockridge, IA, her sons Corey Franklin of Livonia, Tyler W. Johnson of Coldwater, her daughter Brittany Johnson of Coldwater, her brothers Curtis (Mechelle) Powers of Crawfordsville, IA, Rick Powers of Moscow Mills, MO, Michael (Janis) Powers of Brighton, IA and her sister Linda (Craig) Remick of Mt. Union, IA.





She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Charlotte Clara Stonum, in November of 2005.
