Carolyn “Suzy” Green, 75, of Bronson, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 21, 2012 at her home.
A memorial service for Suzy will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church in Bronson with Pastor Terry Siler officiating. The family will receive friends, prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM at the church. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher-Kolcz Funeral Home in Bronson.
Suzy was born February 10, 1937 in Garrett, Indiana to Francis E. & Amy (Bolton) Pence. She married Donald Greenfield in April of 1957, he preceded her in death on Nov. 3, 1971. She then married Francis Green on July 15, 1972, he preceded her in death on Feb. 27, 2002.
Mrs. Green was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. She had worked at various places over the years, but her dedication to her family was most important. Suzy had attended St. Mary of Assumption Church and was an avid reader. Most of all, Suzy loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Mrs. Green is survived by her sons Bob & Ellisha Greenfield, Chris Greenfield all of Bronson, her daughter Malissa & Chad Conrad of Ft. Wayne, IN, her grandchildren Vanessa, Jamie & Justin and 7 great grandchildren. In addition to both husbands, she was preceded in death by 1 brother and 1 sister.
