Dean's friendly wave every time we passed him on the road, and I mean every time, will be truly missed! Jess called him the icon of our neighborhood, and he was respected for his hardwork and integrity. I hope his family may be comforted by the memories and in knowing that he touched so many people's lives. A truly wonderful man!
