Richard J. "Dick"  Lewis
Richard “Dick” James Lewis, 75 of Coldwater passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Masonville Place while surrounded by family.

A memorial service will take place at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater later this year. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery with Military Honors presented by the Coldwater Post 52 American Legion Drill Team.

Richard was born May 6, 1940 to Elmer and Winifred (Tharp) Lewis in Coldwater. After graduation from Coldwater High School in 1958, Dick proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines. After serving in the Marines, he lived the rest of his life in Coldwater.

Dick was a quiet man. He was very artistic and enjoyed doing ceramics. Dick also liked playing bingo and cornhole toss in recent years. He will be remembered for being very helpful, considerate, and as a likeable man.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his sister Janet (Walton) Lane of Coldwater and several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Eugene E. Lewis and Donald P. Lewis.
