Uncle James
My earliest memory of Uncle James was when we would all gather at Grandma and Grandpa Woosters farm for a family holiday. We ate a huge meal and invariably the men would take a nap. When Uncle James was asleep the grandchildren would line up by the recliner and and try their hand at waking him -it took great courage because when as he awoke he thrashed and took swings. We always tried to be the one that awakened him without an injury. When he was awake his eyes sparkled and were tolerent of the kids shortening his nap. Those meals always included Aunt Ginnys maraschino salad, Sonny teaching me the latest dance, and Uncle James laughing-spontaneous, deep and sincere. We will miss you
