On the NYC trip a couple years ago, we were riding on the subway and I told her I was missing my mom she proceeded to kiss me on the forehead and say I can be your mama on the trip. She became my mama Norris for a long time after. She was alway willing to teach me how to make a new craft, being patient and fixing my mistakes. I went and visited her in the office everyday and always looked forward to seein her smile. When I found out I was pregnant she called me over to the desk and gave me and hug and told me she knew I would make a wonderful mother. She always knew just what to say when I needed it most. She will be greatly missed.
