Donna J. Hanna, 52, of Coldwater, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2013 at the Community Health Center of Branch County.
A memorial service will be held Friday, January 25, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. at the Church of Christ in Bronson with Mike Roberts, Evangelist officiating.
Donna was born on January 19, 1960 in Coldwater, Michigan to Jacob and Revah (German) Church. She grew up in Coldwater and graduated from Coldwater High School in 1978. She married James D. Hanna on December 21, 1988 in Coldwater.
Donna lived in Coldwater all of her life. She had worked at Wendy’s, Little Caesar’s Pizza, Pizza Hut, the Meijer Café and Lincoln Elementary School. Her favorite job was working with the children at the school. She enjoyed crocheting and would make items for the CHC nursery and the Cancer Center. Donna was always a very generous person.
Mrs. Hanna is survived by her husband Jim Hanna, her daughter Amanda Hanna and her son Michael Hanna, both of Coldwater, her brothers Larry (Joyce) Church of Bronson, Gary (Nina) Church of Orland, IN, Michael Church of Montgomery and her granddaughter Lexus Peterson. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
