Obituary for Michael John Yesh

Michael John Yesh, 62, of Bronson, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at his home.
In keeping with Mike’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Michael was born on June 26, 1949 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Richard L. and Patricia L. (Fitzgerald) Yesh. He grew up in Bronson and graduated from Bronson High School, class of 1966. He was a talented pitcher and went on to pitch for the Western Michigan University baseball team for 4 years.
After college, Mike became very involved in golf. He was a longtime member of the “Mafia” at the Bronson Golf Club and the F.O.E. (Eagles) in Coldwater. Mike had been a bartender for many years at the Eagles, the Wharf and several other establishments in the Bronson area. He had a great love for his family and will be missed.
Mr. Yesh is survived by his sister Amy Adamson, his brothers Brian Yesh (Donna Taylor), Chris Yesh, Kevin Yesh, all of Bronson and his nieces, Christi and Kassidy Adamson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Bronson High School Golf Team (payable to Bronson Golf Program).
