Obituary for Zachary Taylor Ostrom
Zachary Taylor Ostrom, 27 of Coldwater, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024. A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 4:00-7:00PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater. A private graveside service will take place at Matteson Cemetery with Pastor Mark Case officiating.
He was born July 29, 1996 to Jill D. Ostrom in Marshall, MI. Zachary was a graduate of Coldwater High School and had worked in security with Kellogg in Battle Creek. He was a genuine, kindhearted man that always looked forward to time well spent with his friends. Zachary appreciated the outdoors and enjoyed cars, playing videogames, and playing pool and billiards. He was a collector of knives and Lego structures that he built; but his greatest passion of all was his family. Zachary will be dearly missed as a beloved son, brother, nephew, and friend to many.
Zachary leaves behind his mother Jill Ostrom of Coldwater; his sister Mackenzie Ostrom of Coldwater; his aunt Cindy Ostrom and his uncle Shawn (Laura) Ostrom both of Battle Creek.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents John Ostrom and June (Larry) Snyder.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Branch County Humane Society.
