Yvonne M.  Cekander

Yvonne M. Cekander, 75, of Quincy, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018 at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Yvonne was born October 9, 1942 in Albany, NY to Joseph F. & Helen M. (Harrison) Jazenboski. She served honorably in the US Army from 1962 – 1964, during the Vietnam War. Yvonne married Norman “Dale” Cekander on June 1, 1964 in Angola, IN.
Mrs. Cekander was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. She worked at Acorn for many years until its closing.
Yvonne was a member of the Quincy American Legion Post #157. She enjoyed reading, bird watching, playing cards and scrabble.
Yvonne is survived by her husband Dale, her children Anita Harford of Marshall, Norman (Deena) Cekander, Joe (Amy) Cekander all of Coldwater, Yvonne (Chris) Aseltine of Quincy, her grandchildren Corina, Amber and Danielle Cekander, Justin Curtis, Quentin Cekander, Zoe and Alex Aseltine. She was preceded in death by her brother Stephen Jazenboski and her son-in-law Douglas Harford.
