William “Bill” G. Clark, 70, of Coldwater, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at home.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019 from 6:00 until 9:00 PM at the Coldwater Eagles Lodge # 1907. The family is being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Bill was born on August 7, 1949 to William A. and Sylvia (Keys) Clark in Coldwater. He was a 1968 graduate of Coldwater High School and attended Tri- State University in Angola, Indiana.
He was a truck driver for 47 years with Commercial Carriers Car Hauling which became Allied Automotive, retiring in 2011. Bill was a member of the Teamsters Union. He loved living on the channel for over 40 years as he would be out enjoying his boat and fishing. Bill also liked mushroom hunting, woodworking, playing Euchre and crossword puzzles, but he especially loved cooking and grilling.
Bill is survived by his daughter; Shana (David) Kauffman, his granddaughter; Keegan Kauffman all of Frederick, Maryland, his siblings; Robert (Diane) Clark of Quincy and Betty Rissman of Bronson; his nephews, Adam (Emily) Rissman of Coldwater, Brent (Ashley) Rissman of Bronson and Matthew (Kristie) Rissman of Bronson, and Brady (Connie) Keys; his nieces, Nichole Rissman of Battle Creek and Alicia Cole of Bronson. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother in law Thomas Rissman.
