Obituary for William "Bill" Moulton

William “Bill” Moulton, 76, of Coldwater, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022 at McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mt. Clemens.
A graveside service will be held Friday, April 29, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Oak Grove Cemetery with Rev. Fr. Nicholas Sseggobe officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Coldwater American Legion, Post #52, Drill Team. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
William was born April 30, 1945 in Hillsdale, MI to Donald Wayne & Genevive (Sayles) Moulton. He served in the US Marine Corp and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Bill married the love of his life, Lucille A. Reese at Saint Wendelin Catholic Church in Fostoria, OH. She preceded him in death on February 25, 2022.
Mr. Moulton worked his entire career for the State of Michigan. He spent many years at the Coldwater Regional Center until its closing, transferring to the Kalamazoo facility, from which he retired. Bill was an active member of St. Charles Catholic Church where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, 4th Degree and served as church custodian for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors; working in the yard and was a skilled woodworker. Bill especially enjoyed building bird houses.
Bill is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Marc (Kelli) Moulton of Harrison Township; his brothers Conard (Judy) Moulton, Ron (Jeannie) Moulton all of Arizona; many nieces and nephews including Mary Signor and Brian Signor both of Litchfield and his precious dog “Snickers”. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his son Todd Moulton, 4 brothers and 1 sister.
