Veronica Torres, 47 of Coldwater, gained her wings to join her Lord on Friday, June 3, 2022 in Coldwater. A memorial mass will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 10:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. The family is being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
She was born August 18, 1974 to Juvenal and Otilia (Duenas) Hernandez in Chicago, IL. Veronica had worked at Los Tequilas in Coldwater. On April 27, 1991 she married Juan Manuel Torres and he survives. She was a dedicated and loving mother, wife, and grandmother that above all loved spending time with her family. Veronica always enjoyed a good shopping trip and held a passion for music that she shared with her friends and family. She will be dearly missed by all.
In addition to her husband Juan Manuel, Veronica leaves behind her parents Juvenal (Otilia) Hernandez of Coldwater; her children Thalia (David) Tucker, Rachelle (Madilyn) Brink, Leonardo (Jatziri Martinez) Torres all of Coldwater; her siblings Juvenal (Leticia) Hernandez of Coldwater, Otilia (Francisco) Castaneda of Bronson, Francisco (Osiris) Hernandez of Battle Creek; her grandson Dominick Matteo Tucker and her many loving nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
