Obituary for Steven W. Anderson
Steven Anderson, 50 formerly of Coldwater passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021 at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart, IN from complications of Covid-19.
A funeral service will take place at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Pastor Shayne Looper of Lockwood Community Church officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12:00 PM. To keep everyone safe, the family is requiring masks to be worn.
Steven was born May 14, 1970 to Ronald and Diane (Downing) Anderson in Garden City, MI. He graduated high school and took a year of college courses before starting to work as a computer technician.
Steven enjoyed computer and video gaming. He was a fan of Star Wars and was an avid reader, liking to apply what he learned into doing different types of projects. Steven will be remembered for his intelligence and imagination, while also being a very loving and caring person.
Steven is survived by his father Ronald Anderson of Coldwater; his son Christopher Anderson of West Bloomfield, MI; his siblings Lisa (Roy) Devens of Coldwater, Tracy (Fred III) Thoms of Coldwater, and William (Brenda) Anderson of Homosassa, FL; many nieces, nephews & cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother Diane Anderson.
