Obituary for Shirley M. Anderson
Shirley Marie Anderson, 89, of Coldwater, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023 at Drew’s Place of Coldwater.
Private services will be held and burial will take place at Mason Cemetery. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Shirley was born April 26, 1933 in Anderson, Alabama to Joseph and Bertha Belew. On July 22, 1952 she married Russell Anderson in Albany, Indiana. He preceded her in death on July 18, 2016.
Mrs. Anderson worked for Carriage Inn Convalescence Center for over 20 years. Shirley enjoyed gardening, knitting, and sewing. She also attended the Word Harvest Assembly of God Church in Quincy.
Shirley is survived by her children Randy (Cynthia) Anderson of Coldwater, Michael (Angela) Anderson of Petaluma, CA, Phillip (Carmelita) Anderson of Santa Rosa, CA, Curtis Anderson of Allen; her sister Doris Ann (Bobby) Dudley of Athens, AL; her grandchildren Jessica (Steve), Nicholas, Kelsey, Audrianna, Allison; her great-grandchildren Keavyn, Jett, and Charlotte. In addition to her husband, Shirley was preceded in death by her 12 brothers and sisters.
