Robert Eugene Robertson, 83, of Bronson, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital. In accordance to his wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. The family is being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson.
Robert was born September 2, 1938 to Roy and Zelma (Agnew) Robertson in Garrett, IN. He was a Camden High School graduate and had honorably served his country in the United States Army. After completing his time in the service, Robert led a career in transportation and on March 20, 1973 he married Rebecca Hunt in Angola, IN and she survives. Mr. Robertson was a talented carpenter that enjoyed working with his hands and held a passion for animals; but above all, he loved his family.
In addition to his wife Rebecca, Bob is survived by his children Elizabeth (Neal Kinsman) Robertson of Loxahatchee, FL, Deborah Lirot of Litchfield, MI Mark (Blanca) Robertson of Cupertino, CA; his sister Kay Faler of Archbold, OH; two grandchildren; and his loving nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Steven Robertson, his son-in-law Kevin Lirot and his twin infant sons.
