Obituary for Rick L. Feller

Rick Lynn Feller, age 67, of Coldwater passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022, suddenly at his home.
He was born December 23, 1954, in Morenci to Jack and Darlene (Wade) Feller. Rick graduated from Quincy High School where he was inducted into the Quincy Athletic Hall of Fame. Rick began his career in banking in Litchfield, which continued in Hillsdale until his retirement from Southern Michigan Bank and Trust in Coldwater. This career led to countless encounters which turned into lifelong friendships.
On April 2, 1977, Ricky married the love of his life, Lori Ann Grabowski, by whom he is survived.

Rick was a loving husband to Lori, as well as a teacher, helper and Godly example to his 6 children. He enjoyed going on cruises with his wife to the Caribbean and soaking up the sun on the beach with his kids. He loved golfing with his dad, Jack, and friends. He relished coaching his kids in basketball and baseball, and watching his grandkids play various sports. Throughout his coaching career, he mentored and guided numerous young people, and is loved and admired by many that he impacted. In addition to his faithful wife, his survivors include his parents Jack and Darlene Feller; two daughters, Christine Feller of Ypsilanti; Chantell (Jon) Krage of Jackson; and 4 sons, Joshua (Jennifer) Feller of Lansing, Jeremi (Laura) Feller of Rogers City, Gabriel (Natasha) Feller of Jackson, and Michael Feller of Ypsilanti; one brother, David (Tammy) Feller; he also is survived by his 16 grandchildren, who thought he was the coolest.
Most importantly, Rick Feller came to the saving grace of Jesus Christ in his 20’s. His daily reliance on God was seen by his family who hope to honor his legacy by following in his example. Throughout his life, he was a rock, and foundation to his family in following Christ. Praise God, we will see him again!
