A Celebration of Life service will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 12:00 Noon at the First Baptist Church in Coldwater with Pastor Dan Harrison officiating. Nancy was born September 18, 1939, to Marshall and Evelyn (Beskie) Corson in Hamtramck, MI. On October 15, 1960 she married her high school sweetheart, Perry J. Gordon in Monroe, MI. Perry and Nancy owned and operated Gordon’s Culligan in Coldwater for 35 years until their retirement in 2001. She was a devoted member of Altrusa and was an avid lover of nature; she enjoyed the outdoors in its entirety from flower gardening, yard work, and bonfires to golf cart rides, boat rides, and just simply watching the local wildlife. Nancy was also artistic as she liked crocheting, ceramics, and coloring and was a talented cook. During the winter months Nancy and Perry looked forward to time well spent together in Sarasota, FL; but above all, she cherished and loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her devoted husband Perry, Nancy leaves behind her Children Laurie Zwier of Grand Rapids, P.J. (Melissa) Gordon II, Cheryl (Steve) Covell both of Coldwater; her brother Jim (Lois) Corson of Weeki Wachie, FL; her grandchildren Kira, Ian, Anya, Leva, Perry III, Mikaela, Brianna, Amanda, Steven; her great-grandchildren Nicole, Logan, Madison and her loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Gloria Myers, and her brother Marshall S. Corson.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association or the World Wildlife Fund.
