Obituary for Michele M. Ward
Michele M. Ward, 62, of Bronson, MI, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 at her residence.
A memorial service will be held Friday, July 17, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Hill Missionary Church with Pastor Gregg Cole and Don Matteson officiating. Michele and her husband Don will be buried together, following the service, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Michele was born June 4, 1958 in Elkhart, IN to Orville Dale & Hazel Pearl (Seabart) Anglemeyer.
Michele was a loving and kind hearted mother, friend and “grandma” to many. She worked hard whether at home, a nursing home, day care, McDonald’s or helping her husband with his many tasks. She even tried her hand at sandblasting! Her generosity and love for people extended to anyone she met, including her love of animals and willingness to give them a home.
Michele married Donald R. Ward on November 21, 1987 in Lagrange, IN. Later they made their homestead in Orland, IN and attended Pleasant Hill Missionary Church. He preceded her in death on November 28, 2011.
Michele is survived by her sons Jason (Stacey) Adkins of Elkhart, IN, Tommie Adkins of Kendallville, IN, her sister Lucille (Lucy) & Russell Garl of Union, MI, her grandchildren Austin Padgett, Destiny Adkins, Gage Adkins, Serenity Adkins & DJ Adkins; her great grandchildren Addyson Shirks, Madalyn Shirks and Kaydence Brown. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents and brother Orville D. Anglemeyer, Jr.
