Michael Charles Heath, 58, passed away Monday, September 9, 2019 in Coldwater. A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Jackson with Rev. Sarah Hurlbert officiating. Visitation will be held, prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment of ashes will follow in the church memorial garden.
Michael was born March 19, 1961 in Jackson, MI to Kenneth and Marianne (Shaw) Heath. He graduated from Leslie High School in 1979 and began his career as an electrician.
Mike moved west and spent many years working as an electrician for various companies. He was an avid outdoorsman with a great appreciation of nature and a fondness for camping. Mike enjoyed the art of shooting and loved spending time with his german shepherd.
Mike is survived by his mother Marianne (Robert) Fowler of Jackson, his father Kenneth (Terry) Heath of Coldwater, his brothers Kerry Heath of Coldwater, Randall (Ghita) Heath of Denmark, Greg (Tina) Heath of Alabama, step sisters Amber (Peter) Cultrera, Rebecca (Jason) Deyloff and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Roger and Mable Shaw.
