Obituary for Max W. Griffin
Max W. Griffin, 65, of Coldwater, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Aria Nursing and Rehab in Lansing. No services will be held at this time. Cremation services have been provided by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Max was born March 20, 1956 in Princeton, IN to Clifford & Imajean (Nelson) Griffin. He graduated from Coldwater High School in 1974 and married Stephanie Fowle in 1998 in Sedona, AZ. She preceded him in death on April 2, 2007.
Max was a shift supervisor at the Palo Verde generating station Tonopah, Arizona for most of his career. He was an avid music lover and enjoyed watching movies and bowling. Max had a great love of animals, especially horses.
Max is survived by his daughter Gillian Gresley of Coldwater, his brothers Sam (Julie) Griffin of Coldwater, Joseph (Tamara) Griffin of Phoenix, AZ, his grandchildren Acacia and Maxis Gresley and his good friend Denny Wayne Critchfield of Princeton, IN. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by both parents.
