Obituary for Margaret Kathryn "Peggy" Medlin
Margaret “Peggy” Kathryn Medlin, 79, of Sturgis passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family.
A private graveside service will be held for Peggy at a later date. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Peggy was born August 13, 1941 to Delbert and Isabelle (Flint) Yoeman in Detroit, MI. On April 5, 2001 she married her high school sweetheart William Pallaschke, he preceded her in death in February of 2013. Peggy had been a police dispatcher for 20 years until her retirement; she had served several counties but ultimately concluded her career in Sturgis. Margaret was dedicated to her family who she loved spending time with. She also enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and was the absolute best cook. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother that will be dearly missed.
Peggy is survived by her children Lori Miller, Betty (Richard) Colvin, Richard “Terry” Clament Jr. both of Sturgis; her brothers Michael (Sylvia) Buckman of Henderson, NV, Mark Buckman of St. Clair Shores, MI; her four grandchildren Dominic Clament, Paul Miller, Sarah (Ian) Santos, Jimmy Miller; seven great grandchildren and her loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Earl Buckman, and granddaughters Elizabeth and Lucy. www.dutcherfh.com
