Vera M. Losinski, 82, of Bronson, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.
A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary of Assumption Church in Bronson with Rev. Fr. Mathias officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, May 6, 2019 from 4-8:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson.
Vera was born February 16, 1937 in Colon, MI to Carl & Glema (Schrader) Shannon. She married William C. Losinski, Jr. on September 7, 1957 in Bronson. He preceded her in death on August 12, 1992.
Mrs. Losinski was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. She spent many years working alongside her husband on their family farm. Vera was a longtime member of St. Mary’s Church. She enjoyed the outdoors and doing yardwork, but her family was always her first priority.
Vera is survived by her children Michael (Sherry) Losinski, Lorraine (Gary) Weller, Jim (Laura) Losinski, Joey Losinski all of Bronson, her sister Betty Saxman of Battle Creek, her grandchildren Kirk (Jenna) Losinski, Kreg (Shelby) Losinski, Samantha (Ryan) Bucklin, Charles (Nancy) Weller, Amanda (Tyler) Blosser, Tyler (Laura) Losinski, Bradley Losinski, Brooke Losinski, Courtney (Paul) Covey, Taylor Losinski, Joey Losinski, Jr. and 9 great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson Aaron Jacob Losinski, daughter-in-law Betty Jo Losinski, sisters Wylia Fredericks, Marcella Parlin and her brother Richard Shannon.
