Jeremiah Joseph Grant, II of Coldwater, passed away August 7, 2020 at ProMedica Coldwater Regional Hospital. A private memorial service for Jeremiah will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Coldwater with Pastor Aaron Chittick officiating.
Jeremiah was born August 7, 2020 in Coldwater to Jeremiah J. Grant I and Kira M. Mobley.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his grandparents, Chris (Lisa) Mobley , Kevin (Eileen) Luckert all of Coldwater and Clarence (Jeanette) Grant of Florence, AZ.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
