Gail Lynne VanWagner, 62, of Coldwater passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility in Coldwater. In accordance to her wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. A private burial of ashes will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery in Orland, IN. The family is being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
She was born August 5, 1959 to Ray and Georgia (Greenwood) Belote in Coldwater. She was a graduate of Coldwater High School and on December 31, 1977 she married Arthur D. VanWagner in Coldwater and he survives. Gail had a varied working career but her passion was being a wife and mother making their house a true home. She enjoyed bowling, reading, and above all spending time with her family. Gail will be dearly missed as a wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
In addition to her husband Art, she is survived by her son Byron (Mallory) VanWagner of Coldwater; her siblings Chuck (Lisa) Belote, Danny (Donella) Belote both of Coldwater, Dawn (Paul) Osborne of Mesick, MI; her three grandchildren Liam, Norah, Elliette VanWagner and her loving nieces and nephews.
Gail was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Meagan Lee VanWagner.
