Eugene was born February 11, 1928 to Harold and Gertrude (Soldner) Neuendorf in Beaver Dam, WI. Shortly after graduation from Beaver Dam High School, he proudly served his country in the US Army during WW II. Upon return home, he earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin. Gene worked at Bendix Corporation and then Allied Signal after they acquired Bendix, for 34 years, as their Finance Controller. On August 18, 1951 he married the love of his life, Jeanie M. MacNeish in Chicago, Illinois. She preceded him in death on September 8, 2010.

Gene was a man of deep faith and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Coldwater. He was also a member of the University of Wisconsin Alumi and Lamba Chi Alpha Fraternity. He had many interests including finance, golfing, baseball, football, hockey, boating and travel. Upon retirement, he and Jeanie moved to Quincy, Michigan in 1986 to spend time at the lake. His true joy in life was spending time with his family. Gene will be missed by many; for his great love, warmth and wit.
