Elsie was a very kind lady. I remember when she worked at a restaurant (now the Wings place right off I69) My first prime rib dinner (never in my life saw such rare steak) but it was great. She and Jim also accompanied us on our first official date at the Capri drive inn. She was a great cook and shared a tip on how to make great Cole slaw. My heart goes out to her family (Randy). Thinking of all of you at this difficult time. Jennifer
