LaDonna M. Jepson, 84, of Coldwater, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Maple Lawn. A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Lakeview Cemetery with Pastor Mark Case officiating. Donna was born July 6, 1937 in Coldwater, MI to Vern & Dorothy (Jones) Weaver. She worked at many local companies through the years including Michigan Gas Utilities, Branch Co. Credit Bureau, A & D Glass, J & B Discount and Maple Lawn. Donna had formerly attended the First Baptist Church in Coldwater. Donna always enjoyed socializing with her various breakfast/lunch groups at McDonalds, Dutch Uncle, Englewood and Maple Lawn. She had a great love of God and Country, traveling to Shipshewana and a fondness for all animals, especially her cat, Oreo. Donna is survived by her son Rick Shimer of Quincy. She was preceded in death by her brothers Robert Weaver, Vern “Bud” Weaver and her sister Gwen Blue. Memorials may be directed to Animal Aid of Branch County.
