Donald C. Williams, 82, of Coldwater, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at his home. Cremation services have been provided by Dutcher Funeral Home. A graveside service will take place at Lakeview Cemetery at a later date.
Donald was born July 4, 1938 in Coldwater, MI to Clark & Eunice (Decker) Williams. He graduated from Quincy High School in 1957 and from Cleary College in 1962 with his BBA.
Mr. Williams was an auditor for the Michigan Employment Security Commission for 22 years, retiring in 1997.
Don was an avid science fiction fan. He collected Star Wars and Star Trek memorabilia, coins and stamps. Don enjoyed cooking and gardening and had served in the National Guard.
Don is survived by his brother Byron Williams, his sisters Barbara Lilue and Patricia Cox and many nieces and nephews. He wa s preceded in death by an infant sister and his loving dog Midnight.
