Obituary for Donald L. Robinson, Sr.
Donald Lee Robinson, Sr., 84, of Coldwater, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Maple Lawn. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 17, 2021 from 5 -7:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Donald was born June 22, 1936 in Tawas City, MI to Edward Lester & Bertha (Mason) Robinson.
Don was a lifelong farmer, operating his family farm and worked for 30+ years at Douglas Autotech in Bronson. Mr. Robinson was a former member of the Bronson United Methodist Church. He loved farm life, raising crops and livestock, he especially loved horses.
Don is survived by his children Donald (Cindy) Robinson, Jr. of Bronson, Karen (Charles) Matousek of Coldwater, Christine (Rodney) Rupp of Lexington, KY, 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 2 great, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his former wife Waunda Robinson, his brother Leonard Robinson, sisters Faye (Partridge) Eveland, Dorothy Gamber, Doris Lanham and Beatrice Riley.
