David Dolson, 76, of Coldwater, Michigan passed away on Saturday April 25, 2020 after an extended illness. David worked at The Midwest Foundry in Coldwater, Michigan for 20 years until its closing, and then worked at Speedrack in Quincy, Michigan until his retirement. He enjoyed running, bicycling and sports of all kinds but most of all loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
David Dolson was born on June 2, 1943, in Coldwater, Michigan, the son of Alfred Dolson and Mary (Trott) Dolson. He married Karma Lou Wilber on March 25, 1967 in Quincy, Michigan, and she survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife is one son, Allen Dolson (Jamie), of Trophy Club, Texas; three grandchildren, Autumn (Dillon) Webb of Coldwater, Michigan; Mathew (Amy) VanDosen of Constantine, Michigan; Brittany (Brian) Everest of Carrollton, Texas; and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Julie Kibiloski; Tracy Smith; and one brother, Dan Dolson.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Kidney Association or American Cancer Association.
A private service will be held for David A. Dolson.
