Cassandra Kay Mockridge, 31, of Coldwater passed away unexpectedly January 3, 2021 in Coldwater. A Celebration of Life will be held at later date in honor of Cassandra’s life.
She was born June 21, 1989 to Joedy Latta and Josephine Rumsey in Hartsville, Tennessee. Cassandra’s children were her life and she loved her family whole heartedly. She never missed a family event or an opportunity to let her nieces and nephews know how much they meant to their Aunt Cassandra. She was a selfless person with a generous heart and will be dearly missed.
Cassandra is survived by her mother Josephine (Justin) Smith of Coldwater, her father Joedy Latta of Coldwater; her two sons Andon and Levi Homister; her siblings Chrystal (Josh) Homister of Butler, IN, Jordan (Keara Filmore) Latta of Quincy, Trey Malovey, Jade (Josh) Clark, Allison Smith, Breanna Smith, Tiana Latta all of Coldwater, Sarah (David) Hall of Tekonsha, MI; her grandmothers Sandra Bryan of Bronson, Sandra Arney of Coldwater and her loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Frank Rumsey.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family.
