Obituary for Carole Marion Rojas

Carole Marion Rojas, 82 of Coldwater passed away at her home under hospice care while surrounded by her loving family.
In following her wishes, cremation has taken place and the family will hold a celebration of Carole’s life at the Church of the Holy Spirit on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 1:00 PM. The family was cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Carole was born July 3, 1937 to Benjamin and Marion (Bitzs) Wormbrand in Kalamazoo. She was a high school graduate and later became a Reverend and then Pastor, officiating services at the Church of the Holy Spirit. On September 18, 1974 she married the love of her life, Angel Rojas in Safford, AZ. He preceded her in death on November 24, 2012. They spent many years working together and growing their congregation at the church.
Carole had many interests including flower gardening, shopping, and traveling. She will be remembered for her love of all people, and being helpful to anyone in need. Her true joy in life was being around her family, especially her grandchildren. Carole will be missed by many.
Carole is survived by her children Angel Alvarado Rojas of Colon, Angel Romo Rojas of Mexico, Ricky (Mary) Sprau of New Mexico, Marie Gutierrez of Coldwater, Brenda Wallen of Coldwater, Veronica Rojas of New Mexico, and Nora Rojas of Arizona; many grand and great grandchildren as well as many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Angel; her brother James Wormbrand; and seven grandchildren.
