Brian Christopher Spencer, 36 of Coldwater passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 at Promedica Coldwater Regional Hospital.

In following Brian’s wishes, cremation has taken place and the family will have a celebration of his life at a later date. Cremation services have been provided by Dutcher Funeral Home of Coldwater.

Brian was born January 6, 1982 to William C. and Diane C. (Norton) Spencer in Fort Knox, KY. He graduated from high school and worked in lawn care for many years.

Brian had a love of the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, mushrooming, hiking, target shooting and camping. He traveled to see new places and did mountain man reenactments with his brother William. Brian had an artistic side, being able to draw and paint. He had a special love of both children and animals. He will be remembered for being very social, always having something to say, and his great sense of humor. People liked to be around Brian because there was never a dull moment. He will be missed by many.

Brian is survived by his mother Diane Spencer of Coldwater; his brothers William C. Spencer III of Quincy, and Joshua C. Spencer of Coldwater; his aunt Bonnie (Robert) Armstrong of WV, his uncles Joey (Frienda) Norton and Richard Norton, all of Coldwater; his best friend Kyle Scheidler; many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father William, his grandparents, and his aunt Donna Perkins.
