Obituary for Angela C. Balowski

Angela C. Balowski, 44, of Union City, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022 as a result of an auto accident in Girard Township, along with her brother Billy Balowski and her aunt Theresa Mills.
A service celebrating the lives of Angie, Billy and Theresa will be held Friday, June 24, 2022 at 1:00PM at Lockwood Community Church in Coldwater with Pastor Terry Siler from the First Congregational Church officiating, along with Chad Butters. The family will receive friends, prior to the service, beginning at 11:00AM at Lockwood Community Church. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.
Angela was born June 8, 1978 in Coldwater, MI to Ronald & Deborah (Mills) Balowski. She earned a degree in Education and Medical Technology and went on to earn her Master’s Degree.
Angie was the school secretary at Ryan Elementary in Bronson, where she has worked for the past 6 years. She spent many years at the Community Health Center working in the sleep study lab and for Dr. Lake.
Angie was an avid sports fan. She played softball and volleyball for many years in both high school and recreational leagues and also coached soccer and softball. Angie was a great cook and had a huge heart for animals. Most of all, she was a devoted mother. Angie adored all of her children and was very involved in their activities, especially in 4H and at the fair.
Angie is survived by her lifetime companion Jared Hoath of Union City, her children Breslyn Hoath of Union City, Ashlee Hoath of Battle Creek, Jozalynn Hoath of Battle Creek; her parents Ron and Deb Balowski of Coldwater; her siblings Jessica (Jeremy) Michael of Ft. Wayne, IN, Aaron (Emily Disbrow) Balowski of DeWitt; grandmother Arleen Balowski of Union City; aunts and uncles Pat (Chris) Mills of Traverse City, David (Tracy) Balowski of Bronson, Kim (Dave) Quint of Battle Creek, Jenney Mills of Bel Air, MD and her niece Kedzie Balowski of DeWitt. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Arthur and Ruth Mills and Joseph Balowski; her uncles Tom Mills, Sam Mills, Mike Mills and Bruce Mills. Making the journey to heaven together with Angie was her brother Billy and her aunt Theresa.
