Alexander J. "Al"  Bielawski
Alexander “Al” Bielawski, 67 of Coldwater passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018 in Marshall.

A funeral service will take place at 1:00 pm, Monday, May 7, 2018 at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Rev. Fr. Rajian Mathias of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at Dutcher Funeral Home.

Alexander was born October 19, 1950 to Bruno and Maria Bielawski in Reading, England. He was a hardworking man, employed by the State of Michigan as a locksmith. He retired in 2011 to spend more time with his family. Al married the love of his life, Lora Prater on May 17, 1975 in Marshall.

Al was a man of many interests, including antiques and classic cars. He enjoyed reading, studying history, and traveling. Al liked being outdoors, where he spent time fishing, hiking, and gardening. He will be remembered as being very social and strong-willed.

Alexander is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lora Bielawski of Coldwater; his children Christopher (Alicia) Bielawski of Cleveland, OH and Ashley Bielawski of Costa Mesa, CA; and his grandson Caleb Bielawski. He was preceded in death by his parents. www.dutcherfh.com
