Condolence: My sincerest condolences to Helen’s family. I was fortunate to reconnect with Helen back in 2009. I enjoyed catching up. I will always remember Helen taking me to the Timonium Fair in her yellow Vega back in the mid 70s. It was a great day even though I got sick on the Octopus ride. She felt so bad that I got sick. She also encouraged me to get up on water skis for the first time. That’s how I will remember her, a very caring / nuturing person. RIP.

Condolence: I know that sometimes there are no words that help ease the pain of losing someone. Helen was one of those people. Gentle and sweet, caring and joyful. The peace she displayed is an example to me of how we should live our lives. At peace. So my prayer for Her family is one of peace. Peace that passes all understanding. May you embody that peace. Remember to lean on each other and your friends. Let negative energy remain at bay and let the positive flow from within. Enjoy everything about the present that you can. After all, it is a gift.
