Lois Mae (McNall) Mobley, 82, of Bronson, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility in Coldwater surrounded by her loving family.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Bronson with Pastor Tim Rowland officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:30 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service at the church. Interment will follow at Bronson Cemetery. The family is being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson.
Lois was born February 5, 1935 to Kenneth and Thadella (Forrester) McNall-Hoard in Sturgis. She married Denver Louis Mobley on August 17, 1954.
She worked outside the house at Bargman’s in Coldwater for over 19 years. She then went to work for Sturgis Products in Sturgis until she retired in 2001.
Lois was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed spending time reading and doing puzzles, but mostly she loved spending time with her family. Lois was very active at the First Baptist Church in Bronson for years as she was a Sunday school teacher and helping with Seekers and Vacation Bible School.
Lois is survived by her daughter; Jackie (Dennis) Barkowski, her sons; Dennis Mobley and Randy (Ellen) Mobley all of Bronson, her grandchildren; Misty (James) Harter, Crystal (Paul) Broom, Jamie (Dan) Hubbard, Justin and Michael Barkowski, Michael (Jessica) Mobley, Eric Mobley and many great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Mable (Robert) Green, Jerry McNall, Linda Soto, Cheryl (Gary) Stechschulte and many nieces and nephews. Lois was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Denver, her sons Ricky and Denver Jr., her stepfather Clarence Hoard, her sister Delcie Rockafellow and her brother John W. Hoard.
