Obituary for Margaret L. Wotta

Margaret L. Wotta, 97, of Coldwater, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Drew’s Place in Coldwater.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, June, 19, 2017 at St. Mary of Assumption Church in Bronson with Fr. Paul Redmond officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Bronson. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 18, 2017 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson.
Margaret was born November 15, 1919 to Laddie and Mary (Johnson) Kregger in Coldwater. She married Isadore Wotta on May 25, 1941 at St. Mary of Assumption Church in Bronson and he preceded her in death on May 1, 1993.
Margaret was a member of St. Mary of Assumption Church in Bronson. She loved to cook Polish food and feed her family, friends and anybody in need. She enjoyed gardening and yard work but she will be mostly remembered by her work ethic and being very generous to others.
She is survived by her children; Patricia Marsh of Coldwater, Richard (Helen) Wotta of Bronson, Barbara Bassage of Coldwater and Lorraine (Larry) Harvey of Coldwater, her 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, her sisters; Evelyn Weinberg of Bronson and Mary Ann Smoker of Bronson. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Isadore, her daughter Leona Wotta on November 4, 2006 and her great grandson Casey Starks.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Great Lakes Hospice or St. Mary of Assumption Church in Bronson.
