Rich was a strong believer of the Boy Scout Motto, Oath and everything it had to offer to young boys. I will always remember his passion for scouting and the development of young men through the program that he instilled in all of us. Rich was a force to be recon with when it came to this excitement of the Boy Scout Program and was instrumental in my life in becoming an Eagle Scout. And he still had that passion when we spoke last week. God Bless to you and the legacy you will leave behind here on earth and to the entire scouting community.
