So sorry to hear of Richards passing. I met him many years ago when the Boy Scouts invited the Girl Scouts to help distribute and collect flags in cemetaries honoring our veterans. He was a very dedicated father, man, and citizen and our community will greatly miss him. I hope all of the wonderful memories will bring some comfort to his family.
