Minna L.  Supianoski
Minna L. Supianoski, 96 of Coldwater died March 25, 2017 in Coldwater.

A funeral service was held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Interment has taken place at Oak Grove Cemetery. The family was cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.

Minna was born March 28, 1920 in Spur, Texas to Stella and Jesse Smith. Minna Smith Brents married Bernard W. Supianoski on June 4, 1958 in San Antonio, Texas at St. Leo Catholic Church.

Minna and Bernard moved from San Antonio, Texas to Quincy, Michigan in June 1958. They had a family farm where they farmed and also raised cattle and hogs. Minna loved to cook, sew, read, garden, and make quilts. They were members of St. Charles Catholic Church.

Minna is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Brents Himebaugh of Coldwater, Michigan, and Virginia Brents Hellenberg of Fayetteville, Arkansas; 7 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren; her sister Betty Jo Melton of Lubbock, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Minna was preceded in death by her parents Stella and Jesse Smith; her husband Bernard W. Supianoski, and her first husband, Eugene Brents; her son Donald Brents; two brothers, James and Leonard Smith; one sister Bessie Smith Sparlin; and grandson, Karl Hellenberg.
